Graystone Elementary Home & School Club (HSC) is a group of Graystone volunteer parents with a mission to support programs that enhance the learning environment at Graystone Elementary. This year we are asking for the same donation amount as last year…
$395 per student.
Every donation helps! If you wish to donate less than $395, we value whatever amount you are comfortable giving. During this academic year, HSC is budgeted to spend approximately $555 on each Graystone student, so that EVERY STUDENT can enjoy the programs shown below.

*Tokens of appreciation are available exclusively for donations made during our Membership Drive. Corporate matching gifts count toward your donation total once documented and received. Please be sure to update your child's current grade and teacher on our website (for online donations) or on the paper form (for cash/check donations) to ensure prompt delivery of your tokens.
Class Participation Prizes our Kids can Earn Together by Grade:
Watch and track the Greyhound’s race by class via email or at school on the thermometers posted on your classroom door. Calculated by grade as a percent of students in that grade who donate, participation %. Any amount counts as your child participating!

WRITING A CHECK AND FILL OUT THE FORM:
You can alternatively turn in cash or a check attached to the "HSC Membership Drive Check Donation Form" that was provided with the printed packet sent home with your child.
Corporate Matching
Please check if your company offers a corporate match for your donation. All donations and matches should be submitted to our non-profit, “Graystone Home and School Club”, Tax ID# 94-2429760. Please fill out the form if you have a corporate match. Please consult your company for how to submit a match request. Put your student name(s), teacher, and grade in the memo or description field of the match request, so we can easily track your donation when it comes in. Note: Most companies use a portal through which charitable donations are made, such as Benevity, Your Cause, United Way, etc. Many companies prefer that you make the donation directly through the company website so they can verify the amount donated. Other companies might require a receipt from Graystone HSC to verify your donation via check or cash. Please email the Graystone Treasurer or VP to send you a donation receipt if it’s needed.
